April 7th 2022 || Proof of Vaccination no longer mandatory as of April 8
Rolla Skate Club continues to follow all guidelines set forth by the Provincial Health Officer. As of April 8, proof of vaccination will not be required to attend Rolla events or classes. We know that 91% of Vancouver adults have been vaccinated, which has been so important to keeping our community as healthy as possible, and allows our healthcare system to function.
We encourage all our members and guests to continue to follow public health guidance, to get vaccinated and boosted, to wear a mask in crowded places, and stay home when ill.
March 11th 2022 || Masks are OPTIONAL at Rolla Skate Club as of March 12th
Hello Rolla skaters ✨
As you’ve heard, the PHO has removed the mask mandate, effective immediately. We know that this change will bring up different feelings for different folks, and these are all valid!
As of Saturday March 12, masks will be optional at Rolla Skate Club classes and events.
Vaccine checks continue to be required for now.
We know for some of you this can’t come soon enough. For others it will be uncomfortable and too soon.
Let’s all respect and support each others’ personal choices – whether it’s to stay masked, to maintain personal space, or to not wear a mask.
What a whirlwind two years we’ve all been through together. We’ve done such hard work to keep each other safe. We are excited that things seem to be on the upswing. Let’s continue to be kind and take care of one another 💙
Later skaters! 🌈
